We proudly participate in Illinois's annual Family Reading Night, a state-wide event held to encourage families to spend quality time reading together.
This year, we're switching up our format and gathering at Cook Park Library, 413 N Milwaukee Ave in Libertyville. We'll start in the meeting room at 6:30 pm where Ms. Carr and librarians from Cook will read a story together, then we will move upstairs to the children's department for families to explore the wonderful collection and read together! The evening will conclude at 7:30 pm, but of course you are welcome to stay beyond that and check out some books to take home.
Also different than years past, please do NOT wear pajamas or bring any bedtime accessories. We will also not have an author addressing us this year.
We hope to see you there! Please email Ms. Carr with any questions.
